FAQ


When will I get this box?

We ship The Priestess Package, The Goddess Box and The Professional Pagan boxes monthly, between the 1st and the 14th of the month.  If you order in the first two weeks of the month, we will include you in the shipment.  If you order in the second half of the month, you will be included in the following month's shipment.  We ship Quarterly boxes once every three months starting the first two weeks of the month after you subscribe.  If you would like to make special arrangements, please contact us and we will try to accommodate your request, if possible.  

What's in the box?

Your box will include a variety of spiritual tools and metaphysical items such as perfumes, essential oils, candles, incense, bath products, jewelry, crystals, stones, lifestyle items, home decor, altar decorations, statues, cards, affirmations and much more!

Can I return or exchange my box?  

Due to the  nature of our subscription boxes, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.  Once you make a payment for your subscription or prepaid plan, it is non-refundable and the contents of the boxes are non-exchangeable.  We make every effort to check all the items in your box for quality before your box is sent out.  However, if you receive any damaged items, please contact us and we will make it right by you.  Please be prepared to send us a picture of the damage.

Will my box renew automatically?

Your monthly subscription will renew every month until you cancel before the 29th of the month.  Your 3 month or 6 months prepaid plan will renew every 3 or 6 months until you cancel before the 29th of the month.  It is your responsibility to cancel the subscription before the renewal date.  We reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time.  For any questions, please contact us and we will be glad to assist you.

Who is responsible for customs?

Sometimes, our international customers may be charged customs when their package or box arrives.  All customs costs are the responsibility of the customer.  We regret that we are not able to cover or refund customs costs.
